What is the predicted cycle life for this washing machine some like miele claim 20 years?

My last bosch lasted 6 years so was wondered if anyone has an idea ?

I’ve had my Bosch washing machine for 14 years & only the motor brushes were replaced as the old ones were worn out. So I got a electrical engineer out to replaced them & that was 3 years ago. Still working perfectly.
