Summary
Carphone Warehouse launched the iD Mobile network on 12 May 2015. It's a virtual network running on the Three network, and offers the following benefits:
- 12 month contracts
- 4G at no extra cost
- All customers can now set their own spending limit and cap their bills using the iD Mobile app
- The Three mobile network has recently been rated as the UK’s most reliable (Source: YouGov March 2015)
- All Pay Monthly plans come with a free Data Rollover feature, which automatically rolls over unused monthly data into your next month’s allowance, giving you a second chance to use it.
The 2016 Which? mobile customer satisfaction survey found that 8 out of 10 customers would happily recommend iD Mobile.
From 15 June 2017, all iD Mobile customers on Pay Monthly, Sim Only and Pay As You Go plans have the ability to "Roam Like at Home" and use their UK minutes, texts and data in 50 destinations worldwide.

I upgraded my ID contract 2 weeks ago. I am holiday inSpain. I cannot make any calls at all. Totally disillusioned. The man at car phone warehouse said my new Samsung would be ideal. Please help.

I can’t get online or make phone calls at all. Have been online
intermittently. I upgraded against my better judgement because of
problems with my old phone. They said it was full. I hardly use my
phone- only for WhatsApp and some calls. Is it my sim? and why? My
number is 07813016066. Now saying my contacts are not registered on
network. Can you fix it? Feel like I have been mis-sold this phone ,
just like the other one. Am very fed up.

Would i get free texts and calls to any network and landline if I change to id mobile?

Hi Rosemary, calls such as this would be included in your monthly
allowance of minutes.
