How do I connect this player to the tv?

Can this player play copied or pirated bd disc?

I'm just trying to get wisdom for which unit is best to get. Prices are most often the same.So,cost isn't an issue.

Does it play region one us dvds without any hassle?

Is BDP 180 multi-region? I have dvds coming from various regions.
