I have changed my J1 three times they all cut off in mid conversation. Tomorrow I am going back to Tesco as this one cuts off as well. It could be the fourth J1 or a different phone.

Can the samsung J1 phone be used internationally?

I bought samsung galaxy j1 in malaysia. In the box, it is written that it can only be used in asia. Is that true? I will be leaving for africa, and my j1 cannot be used there? How true is this?

Reply by Andras Karcsai from Hungary on 7th Mar 2016
Well, I cannot be sure, but I have used this phone in several countries of the European Union (ie. out of Asia) without any problems - nevertheless, I have bought it through an official vendor of an international mobile sevicing company who gave me international warranty, too.
